Robot vacuum cleaners always get stuck or cannot find a direction. 1. Please keep your home clean and tidy, without wires or large garbage. 2. The front view of the robot vacuum is too dirty, which affects the induction of the robot vacuum. Please clean it regularly. Unable to control the robotic vacuum cleaner with a remote control. 1. Check if the battery has poor contact, which prevents the remote control from being used normally. 2. Replace the battery. 3. If the above troubleshooting still cannot be used normally, you can contact the after-sales team for inquiry. Can't find the charging dock? 1. There should be no obstacles around the charging base. 2. The machine is too far away from the charging base. The charging dock and the machine need to be on the same floor. The robot vacuum kept spinning backward or suddenly shuts off. 1. Check whether the bumper of the machine is flexible. 2. Clean the machine down sensor, put the machine on the level and then restart the machine. 3. Check if there are any error messages on the app and troubleshoot based on the error messages.
