Ensure the power is ON and the mode is set to "Wall". Check that the white bottom protective paper is flat, clean, and free of wrinkles, tears, or dirt. Fully charge the device before attempting to use suction. Clean any dust or hair from the bottom protective paper and check for damage. Press the bottom protective paper down firmly to ensure the entire surface contacts the wall. Clear hair or dust from the wheels and axles to allow them to move freely.
